All of the homes at South Harmony are backed by a One-Year Builder's Warranty. Should you have a problem with your home after your purchase, you can mail, fax, or e-mail your list of items to our office, or you can complete a Warranty Service Request Form on the website.

A copy of the Warranty Service Procedures is available here. Hard copies of the request forms are in your Homeowner Handbook, or can be downloaded from the website here (right-click and save-as).
